We use good quality gender-neutral wrapping paper. As a default, all orders placed in November and December are wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper, and all orders placed in other months are wrapped using a non-Christmas paper (eg for a birthday). If you prefer birthday paper in the run up to Christmas or Christmas paper at other times of the year, you can request this in the Special Requirements box on the Basket page.

If you're buying gift wrapped items for multiple recipients, we can attach small labels to each gift wrapped gift so that it's clear which gift is for which person. If you'd like us to do this for you, please let us know in the Special Requirements box, and list the products and the associated messages you'd like us to include.

Next Day Delivery* is £6.99. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend will be despatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. See our Delivery page for further details and examples.
Name the Day Delivery* is £9.99, allowing you to select the day your parcel will arrive.
We also offer Saturday delivery for £9.99. Please select Name the Day Delivery and choose your preferred delivery date.
With Next Day and Name the Day Delivery options, if you provide your mobile number during Checkout our courier will text you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of your delivery.
