Buying the Gift Voucher

The Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient immediately after it is purchased.
There is no delivery charge for emailing the Gift Voucher, however postage is chargable at our standard rates when the recipient spends the voucher on their order.
We advise you to let the Gift Voucher recipient know that they should expect a Gift Voucher email from us - just in case they don't see the email (they may need to check their spam box)
We do not yet offer physical Gift Vouchers and as such recipients will need an email address. If they haven't got an email address you could consider emailing the voucher to yourself and printing it for the recipient.

Spending the Gift Voucher

Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase and expire on their anniversary date.
Gift Vouchers can currently only be redeemed on orders placed on our website
Recipients may prefer to use the whole voucher in one order or use the voucher across multiple orders.
The voucher can be used to purchase any items on our website, subject to availability, together with any necessary postage and packing charge.

We offer a number of delivery options:

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is FREE* for orders over £75 or £3.99 on orders under £75.
Delivery typically takes approximately a week (unless your order contains personalised items, in which case please allow longer, but see individual personalised products for details).

Next Day or Name The Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery* is £6.99. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend will be despatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. See our Delivery page for further details and examples.
Name the Day Delivery* is £9.99, allowing you to select the day your parcel will arrive.
We also offer Saturday delivery for £9.99. Please select Name the Day Delivery and choose your preferred delivery date.
With Next Day and Name the Day Delivery options, if you provide your mobile number during Checkout our courier will text you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of your delivery.

*Mainland UK, excludes Highlands & Islands (where delivery is a fixed price of £3.99).

No Quibble Returns

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ll exchange it or give you a full refund, no questions asked. Return your order within 30 days - and if you’re buying early for Christmas, unwanted presents can still be returned in early January.
